It’s no secret that 2020 has been a year of adjustment, change and a serious mix of emotions. Hats off to the hard- working teachers and children for getting through. With just a few weeks to go the end of the school year is now in sight. Here are 3 tips to get you through:
1. Agenda up- keep on top of your to do list and keep ticking items off to keep feeling positive.
2. Exercise- taking a 15-minute walk will help to keep your mind clear and your body awake.
3. Routine- often days get jumbled at this time in the term but keeping your routine creates security and expectations unchanged for your students. Try to keep your school days as normal as possible.
